How to care for my Love.Echo jewellery?


Always handle Love.Echo jewellery with love and care, in order to ensure that they can go a long way. Avoid contact with any liquid (perfume, cleaning products, moisturisers and water) to prevent from tarnishing. When not wearing, store it flat and away from direct light. We also highly recommend storing your jewellery in ziploc bags, pouches or jewellery box. Every order comes with a polishing cloth and we suggest cleaning your pieces after each wear. Do let us know if you require new piece of polishing cloth and we will include them in your next order!




Products Info


Materials for all products are stated under individual product description. If not stated, most are made of alloy material. Do be aware if you are sensitive or allergic to certain types of metals materials. Love Echo will not be liable for any allergic reactions and not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges in such instances. If you are experiencing any form of allergy reactions after wearing our jewellery, please refrain from wearing immediately and consult your doctor at your soonest.





MAKING PAYMENT

How can I make payment?


We currently accept Bank Transfer (Internet Banking Transfer/ATM transfer) for Singapore orders only and Paypal. Do note that cash deposit payment is not allowed. Once payment is verified, you will receive an email update from us.




Why is my order cancelled?


Your order/s will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 48 hours from the time you place your order/s.




Will I be charged for customs and international taxes (for International Order)?


Any duties, customs and taxes are charged by the destination country once your parcel reaches and such charges must be borne by customer. Unfortunately, we have no assurance over these charges. Love.Echo will not be responsible or held liable should your parcel be seized by the customs due to unpaid taxes. We will recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.





ORDERING

How to place an order?


i. To place an order, simply add item to your shopping bag. Please ensure that the correct size and/or colour are selected as your choice. ii. Upon confirmation, go to checkout and ensure that all billing and mailing details are correct. Select your mode of payment. We accept bank transfer (for Singapore orders only) and Paypal. iii. Choose your delivery option.




Can I make changes to my order?


We do not recommend as we fulfil orders as soon as they come in. But you can drop us an email at storelove.echo@gmail.com as soon as you can and we will advise accordingly based on the status of your order.




Can I cancel my order?


Unfortunately, no cancellation is allowed once payment is verified.




How to check my order status?


You will receive automated order emails when your order status is updated.




Is it required for me to create an account?


You can choose not to but we will recommend for a faster checkout when you shop with us in future.
