*Shipping Delay*

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, there are changes to all shipping. 

For Local Shipping: 

- Do expect delay in deliveries with up to additional 3 working days. 

- Remember to clear your letterbox regularly during this period 

For International Shipping: 

- Do expect delay in deliveries, major reduction in air freight capacity to and from Singapore

We are still shipping orders as usual, but at minimum capacity. We seek your patience and kind understanding during this period!

For all orders, kindly allow 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and PH) for us to pack and despatch your parcel once payment has been verified. 

Kindly ensure that the stated full and correct shipping address is correct. We regret that we will not be responsible in the event that the address provided is incomplete, incorrect or unsuccessful delivery attempt. If parcel is returned to us, we will be in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery and any shipping costs will be borne by customer. 

LOCAL SHIPPING

All parcels will be processed by SingPost

1.1 Local Normal Mail 

  • Free for orders above S$15

  • Letterbox Delivery 

  • Estimation of 3-7 working days for delivery, up to 14 working days during festive period

  • Non trackable

We regret that we will not be responsible for any lost normal mail as normal postage does not come with any form of tracking, hence we will strongly encourage to opt for trackable mail. 

DO TAKE NOTE: Based on our past experiences, parcels sent to Commercial Address or Offices have a higher tendency to go missing in the mail. Hence, we strongly recommend opting for SmartPac or Registered Mail if you choose to have your order mail to these addresses. We will not be liable for any lost mail. 

1.2 SmartPac (letterbox delivery with Tracking)

  • Free for orders above S$40

  • Letterbox Delivery 

  • Estimation of 2-3 working days for delivery, up to 5 working days during festive period

  • Tracking number will be provided

  • Do allow 24 hours from the time the parcel is shipped for the tracking number to be activated

  • In the case of a full letter box, postman will leave a delivery advice and parcel can be collected from the designated post office 

  • Redelivery service is not available

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

All international parcels will be despatched and handled by Singapore Post Office. 

 

Malaysia and Brunei

  • SGD$5 flat fee

  • Estimation of 5-10 working days to reach you

You can track your parcel on Singapore Post website with the tracking number issued. 

Rest of the World (excluding Malaysia & Brunei) 

  • SGD$10 flat fee

  • Estimation of 2-3 weeks to reach you

You can track your parcel on Singapore Post website with the tracking number issued. 

**Kindly note that:

Any custom, import duties and taxes involved will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Love.Echo will not be responsible or held liable for any fees or taxes incur or if your parcel is seized by custom. Therefore, we will advise for customers to contact their local customs office for current charges, regulations and any sales taxes, import duties and customs first, before placing order with us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

2.1 Returns & Exchange 

We know that online shopping can be tricky sometimes. Want to return something you are not happy with? 

Please drop us an email with your Order No and a Snapshot of your item(s) with the following requirements fulfilled :

 

  • Returns of item(s) may be allowed within 14 days from the date of shipping
  • Necklaces, Rings or Bracelets have to be unworn & in original packaging 

 

Do note that cost of postage of returned item(s) will be borne by you. We strongly recommend customers to opt for SmartPac/Registered Mail during the return as we will not be responsible for lost parcels. Do bubble wrap the item to prevent occurrence of damaged product. 

Once we receive the returned item(s), charges will be credited to you via refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process. 

 

The following items are NOT eligible for returns & exchange

  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons

  • Sales Items

  • Items purchased with promotional codes 

2.3 Defects or Wrong Item/s 

We sincerely apologise for such occurrence! Do contact us immediately at storelove.echo@gmail.com with your order number, a snapshot of your defected or wrong item (specify the details/your original item name) and we will resolve the issue at our soonest. Cost of mail postage (depending on your mailing choice for the order with defects or wrong item) will be borne by us via refund. You have 14 days from the date of shipping to return before we consider the item worn. 

Do note that the following imperfection will not be deemed as defects: 

  • ​Differences in measurements (may vary +/- 0.5cm), unless in cases where we will review at our own discretion

  • Colour discrepancies. We have made every effort to display the colour of our products on our website as accurately as possible. Nonetheless, the actual colour depends on the resolution of your monitor settings and we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will be as accurate as what we have shown 

2.4 Availability of Item

In the case of purchasing a sold-out item, we will get in touch with you via email at our soonest and offer replacement or a full refund.
